New song out today – Breathing Space!

I’m so happy to share with you the release of my single Breathing Space.

As mentioned in my previous blog, I had almost forgotten about this track until I heard a very very early Jamiroquai song which reminded me of this tune!

The whole world has experienced lockdowns and varying degrees of limited movements. There are moments of claustrophobia, feeling trapped – not just in terms of physical space, but the lack of external stimulation and days blurring into each other. It is worth taking a moment to get some breathing space.

Even the bridge of this song takes a sudden departure to introduce some breathing space in the midst of its repetitive, relentless beats and droning keys. Sometimes we need to take a completely different approach, calm down and take our minds off the usual groove.

Enjoy and let me know what you think! Visit www.tinyurl.com/sharlizaspace to listen via Spotify, Apple Music and iTunes.

Also, for every Spotify listen of this song in May, I’ll donate USD$1 to a worthy cause in Phnom Penh, where I am right now – there are still many people who need help to survive the harsh realities of the pandemic.

This song is also available on these platforms in some very interesting territories:

TikTok/Resso , YouTube Music, Amazon, Soundtrack by Twitch, Pandora, Deezer, Tidal, iHeartRadio, ClaroMusica, Saavn, Boomplay (beta), Anghami, KKBox, NetEase, Tencent, Triller (beta), Yandex Music (beta), MediaNet
